My office is located in a 4 story office building with 2125 over the double glass entry doors. Parking is available in front of the building. Please do not park in the attached parking deck as you will not be able to gain entry into the building from the deck.
There is a key pad located to the left of the glass doors where an access code will allow entry. You will be given the code at the time you schedule an appointment. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, proceed left down the hallway to suite 452. The signage on the door will say Charlotte Center for Balanced Living.
